Trainer Kol Hello! My name is Kolby, a longtime Pokémon trainer from the western hemisphere and a dedicated member of the Pokémon community. I’ve been playing Pokémon for nearly 25 years, exploring every generation, region, and battle system the series has to offer. Pokémon has always been more than just a game to me—it’s a creative space where strategy, nostalgia, and community come together. My journey started with the classic era of Pokémon, especially Pokémon Sapphire, which remains one of my favorite titles of all time. I enjoy revisiting the older generations because of their unique mechanics, nostalgic design, and the sense of discovery they created for early players. At the same time, I also enjoy modern Pokémon experiences, including games like Pokémon Legends: Z-A, where the series continues to evolve and expand. Favorite Pokémon Two Pokémon stand above the rest for me. My fossil favorite is Lileep, an ancient Pokémon revived from prehistoric fossils. I love its mysterious design and the concept of bringing extinct creatures back into the modern Pokémon world. Its evolution, Cradily, is also one of my core team members because of its unique defensive playstyle. On the ghostly side, my signature Pokémon is Gengar—especially its powerful Gigantamax Gengar form. Gengar represents everything I enjoy about ghost Pokémon: mischievous personality, strong battle presence, and a design that has remained iconic since Generation I.
